By providing your expected number of shipments (forecast), you help us plan transport as efficiently as possible. This way you receive the best service, and we don’t show up unnecessarily at your door.
Why is my forecast important?
Trunkrs calculates an expected number of shipments based on your historical data. Large deviations (e.g., due to a marketing campaign or temporary closure) are difficult for us to predict.
- Your input is better: If you don’t provide a forecast, we use our own calculation, which may be less accurate.
- Webshop closed? Enter '0' on the days you won’t be shipping. This ensures no unnecessary pick-ups are planned.
Rules & Deadlines
- Deadlines: Make sure to submit your forecasts at least one business day in advance.
- Last-minute changes: Large deviations on the same day? Contact your Customer Success Manager or our planning team (collectie@trunkrs.nl) immediately.
- Check: Forecasts submitted in the last week before the delivery date are always double-checked by our planning team. They will contact you if necessary.

Step 2: Upload in the Portal
Fill in the template and follow the steps in this Scribe guide to upload the file to the Shipping Portal.
Help: Upload fails (Troubleshooting)
Are you getting an error when uploading? Check these common issues:
- Old date: You can only upload data at least 1 business day in the future. Make sure the dates are correct in your file.
- Missing quantities: Enter the expected number of shipments for each date. If there are no shipments, enter 0. (Do not leave rows blank.)
