Yes, if you give leave-behind permission in Track & Trace. The driver will then leave your parcel in a safe place at your home and take a photo of it.
How to give leave-behind permission
- Open Track & Trace using the link in your email.
- Click Leave behind.
- Describe a safe place in up to 40 characters, for example "In the blue bin" or "Under the carport".
- Tick the box to confirm that you cannot hold the webshop or Trunkrs liable for damage, loss or theft once the parcel has been left there.
- Click Confirm.
Left behind means delivered. If the parcel is then lost, stolen or damaged, for example by rain, you cannot hold the webshop or Trunkrs liable. Choose a place that is safe and dry.
You cannot withdraw permission yourself once given. Want to anyway? Please contact our customer service.
When is this not possible?
- Age check (18+): these parcels are never left unattended.
- PIN code (OTP): the option is not shown.
- The webshop has turned it off: the button is not shown.
Left behind without permission?
Did you not give leave-behind permission, but your parcel was left behind anyway? That should not happen. Report it to us (see I have a complaint about the driver).
