How does it work?
- Open the Track & Trace page via the link you received in your email.
- Type your message and save it.
What kind of notes are useful?
Keep it short and clear so the driver can read it at a glance. For example:
- "Doorbell is broken, please knock!"
- "If not home: please deliver to neighbor at number 12."
- "Business address, but we are open until 23:00"
The driver’s route is automatically calculated. Do not request a specific delivery time in a note (e.g., "Only come after 19:00"), as the driver cannot accommodate this.
