You pay an XL surcharge if a parcel, including box and tape, weighs 10 kg or more, or is larger than 60 × 40 × 40 cm. We weigh and measure every parcel ourselves and use that to determine whether it is an XL parcel.
XL parcels also have a maximum. Anything above it, we cannot transport. See the maximum dimensions and weights.
Tip: choose a box that fits your product, without much empty space. This also helps prevent damage in transit.
