The cut-off time is the latest moment you can register a shipment for same-day delivery, and the earliest moment we can collect. The collection time is when the driver actually arrives at your warehouse. It is always after your cut-off time.
You can see your cut-off time and this week's planned collection times in the Shipping Portal under Collections. See How does the collections overview in the Shipping Portal work?
Cut-off time
- Your cut-off time is agreed in your contract. To change it, contact your Customer Success Manager.
- Registered before the cut-off time: we deliver the same day. Registered later: the shipment automatically moves to the next delivery day.
- Make sure your parcels are ready at your cut-off time, even if the driver comes later. Example: cut-off time 10:00? Then register all of today's shipments before 10:00 and have them ready at 10:00.
Collection time
- The collection time can vary from day to day, for example due to busy periods or your expected number of parcels.
- With a lot of parcels, we sometimes plan more than one collection on a day.
How to get your parcels ready
- Have your parcels ready at the agreed collection point no later than your cut-off time.
- Use a disposable pallet or a standard roll cage. We take a disposable pallet with us and do not return it. Euro pallets or block pallets only by agreement with Trunkrs.
- Wrap the pallet in stretch film of at least 20 microns. We recommend 23 microns.
- Handing over loose parcels is only possible by agreement. In that case, make sure someone helps the driver load them.
