At Trunkrs, we issue invoices on a weekly basis. Below you can find information on when to expect your invoice or credit note.
1. Regular Invoices (Weekly)
Our regular invoices are usually sent every Monday.
- Period: The invoice covers shipments from the previous week.
- Delivery: You will receive the invoice by e-mail.
- Exceptions: Due to holidays or technical updates, the invoice may sometimes be sent later in the week.
2. Credit Notes (Incidents)
Credit notes are sent based on incidents, not on a fixed schedule.
- When: Only if you are entitled to a compensation, for example after an approved claim for loss or damage.
- Settlement: These are automatically offset against your next regular invoice.
