How do I see which neighbor received the package?

Is a shipment showing the status “Delivered to neighbours”? Naturally, you want to know exactly which house number it was delivered to.

In the portal, you will only see the status. The exact house number can be found on the Track & Trace page.

1. Through the Trunkrs Portal

From the portal, you can click directly through to the shipment’s Track & Trace page:

1. Find the shipment in the overview and click on it.
2. In the right-hand panel, at the top next to the Trunkrs number, you will see the status.
3. Click the status (for example, “Delivered to neighbours”).
4. The Track & Trace page will now open in a new tab. At the top of the page, you will see the exact house number where the shipment was delivered.

2. Information for the customer

The recipient does not need to look this up themselves. As soon as the driver delivers the package to the neighbours, the customer receives an automatic email notification.

This email clearly shows the house number where the package can be collected.
