With SMS alerts, the recipient receives a text message when the shipment is “out for delivery” and (optionally) a pre-notification. If One-Time PIN (OTP) is enabled, the PIN is also sent via SMS.
How it works
Enable SMS alerts in your shipping settings within the Shipping Portal. The shipment data must include a valid mobile number for the recipient. Shortly before delivery, we send an SMS to notify the recipient.
