OTP adds an extra layer of delivery security: the delivery driver only hands over the shipment after the recipient enters a unique PIN. The PIN is sent to the recipient by email.
How it works
Enable OTP in the Shipping Portal. The PIN is automatically generated and sent to the recipient once the shipment has been sorted. The delivery driver will request the PIN upon delivery. Without this PIN, the package will not be handed over.
