In some of our delivery regions you can tip your driver, through the email you receive once your parcel has been delivered. We are currently testing this in one region.
How to give a tip
- Open the email you received when your parcel was delivered.
- Choose an amount: €0.50, €1, €2 or €3.
- Complete the payment.
No tip option in the email? Then tipping isn't (yet) available in your region or for this webshop.
Does the tip really reach the driver?
- Trunkrs keeps nothing. The payment goes through a payment provider; we never handle the money.
- The payment provider deducts a small transaction fee.
- The tip goes straight to the driver, not to the transport company. Drivers receive their tips once a week.
