What is in the photo?
- Handed to you: your front door with the house number.
- With the neighbours: their front door with their house number.
- Left with your leave-behind permission: the parcel in the spot you chose.
How do we protect your privacy?
- Faces are blurred automatically.
- We only use the photo as proof of delivery.
- We keep the photo no longer than necessary and then delete it.
Can I see the photo?
The photo is not shown in Track & Trace. Would you like to see it, for example to find out where your parcel is? Ask our customer service or the webshop you ordered from.
