When will I see a delivery time window?
The information on Track & Trace becomes more accurate throughout the day:
- Initially, you will see the status 'Sorted'. We know the package is on the route, but it hasn’t been finalized yet.
- Late afternoon: Routes are finalized and you will see a specific 2-hour time window.
- Evening: Once the driver is on the way, you can track it in real-time via Track & Trace.
My Track & Trace is not working yet
Do you see the message "Shipment not found" or no status at all?
- Before 3:00 PM: Don’t worry. The package is likely still being processed at our sorting center. Try again later.
- After 3:00 PM: If there’s still no status by late afternoon, we probably haven’t received the package from the webshop yet. In that case, contact the webshop directly.
