My shipment was delivered to a neighbor, how can I find the house number?

Has your package been delivered to a neighbor, but you don’t know the exact house number? Don’t worry — you can find this information in two ways.

1. Check your e-mail

Once the courier has delivered the package to a neighbor, you will receive an automatic e-mail.

The e-mail clearly states the house number where the package has been left.

2. Via the Track & Trace page

Don’t have the e-mail handy? You can also check the house number online:

1. Go to our Track & Trace page.
2. Enter your Trunkrs number and postal code.
3. Check the status bar at the top. It will display: "Delivered to neighbor at number: [House Number]".
