At the moment, it is not yet possible to track a return shipment live via the Track & Trace link or in the portal.
Return shipments follow a different logistical process, so the scan events are not yet visible to the webshop. We are working to make this possible in the future.
How do I know the package has been returned?
Although you cannot track the package online, we have tightened the delivery process for added certainty:
- Signature upon return receipt: When our driver delivers the return shipment to you (the webshop), we ask for a signature upon receipt.
- Proof of return: This signature serves as the definitive proof that the return has been correctly handed over.
