Has a package been refused at delivery, not delivered after multiple attempts, or returned immediately? In most cases, the package will be automatically returned to you.

Sending chilled or frozen products? Different contractual agreements often apply. Due to shelf life and food safety, these shipments are usually not returned but destroyed. Please check your contract to see what applies to you.
Why does it take a few days?
A standard return shipment follows a different route than a normal delivery. The process is as follows:
- Day 1 – Status: The package receives the status 'Return' at the regional depot where the driver ended the route.
- Day 2 – Transport: The package is transported from the region to our central warehouse (Sorting Center).
- Day 3 – Sorting: At the central warehouse, the shipment is processed, scanned, and prepared for return delivery to your address.
- Day 3 or 4 – Delivery: The package is delivered back to you.
Not received after 5 business days?
If you still haven't received the returned package after 5 business days (and your contract states this is the agreed timeframe), something may have gone wrong.
