A returned shipment travels with the regular collection. You get it back at one of the next collection moments at your pickup address. You don't need a return label: the Trunkrs label on the parcel automatically becomes the return label.
When is a shipment returned?
- The recipient refuses the parcel at the door. It is then returned straight away.
- After 2 failed delivery attempts.
- You cancel the shipment after the parcel has already reached us.
- The shipment could not be completed within the fixed period, for example because no correct address was provided.
Good to know
- You cannot track a returned shipment via Track & Trace, but you can in the Shipping Portal: click the shipment and check the return steps under What happened to this parcel?.
- We do not put a shipment with the status Return back into delivery. Create a new shipment once you have the parcel back.
- Whether a Fresh or Frozen shipment comes back or is destroyed depends on the agreements for your account. A Frozen return is not covered by compensation for spoilage.
