The neighbour's house number is shown on the Track & Trace page of the shipment. You open it from the Shipping Portal.
- Find the shipment in the Shipping Portal and click it.
- In the panel on the right, click the three-dot menu and choose Track & trace. The Track & Trace page opens in a new tab.
- Check at the top which house number the parcel was delivered to.
The delivery photo in the Shipping Portal also shows the neighbours' front door and house number.
The recipient automatically receives an email with the house number where the parcel can be collected.
