My package status is 'Delivered', but I haven't received anything. What now?

Is the status of your package 'Delivered', but you haven't received it yet? Don't worry. In most cases, the package was delivered to a neighbor or left in a secure location.

Follow these 3 steps to locate your package:

Step 1: Check with neighbors and Track & Trace

Often the driver will leave the package with a neighbor.

• Check your Track & Trace: Sometimes the status 'Delivered' specifically states: "Delivered to neighbor at number...".
• Ask around: Check with your immediate neighbors if they received the package.

Step 2: Check around your house

Did you or a housemate give drop-off permission? Or is there a logical secure location?

• Check the paper bin, under the carport, behind a flowerpot, or at the back door. Drivers sometimes leave packages out of sight to prevent theft.
• Check your mailbox if it's a smaller package.
