Do you see the status "Not arrived" or "Expected in warehouse"? Don’t worry, this is often normal.
What does this mean?
This status indicates that the webshop has already registered your package in our system (the shipping label has been printed), but the package has not yet been physically scanned in our sorting center.
When will the status change?
Our process works as follows:
- Morning: Our drivers pick up the packages from the webshop and bring them to the sorting center.
- Until 3:00 PM: The packages are sorted. Once your package passes over the conveyor, it receives the first scan, and the status changes to 'Sorted'.
Is it after 3:00 PM?
If it is later than 3:00 PM and the status has not changed, the webshop likely did not hand over the package to us today.
In that case, please contact the webshop to ask when the package will be shipped.
