What can you do to help the next attempt?
To avoid another failed attempt, please check and — if needed — update your details in the Track & Trace.
1. Check your address
Make sure the street name, house number and any additions are correct in the Track & Trace. If something is wrong, update it right away.
2. Add a note and phone number
Extra details make it easier for the driver to find your address:
- Note: For example "Entrance around the corner", "Accessible via rear entrance due to roadworks" or "Doorbell broken — please knock".
- Phone number: If you didn't provide a mobile number at checkout, add it now. The driver can call you if the address is unclear.
How do I change this?
- Open the Track & Trace page using the link in your email.
- Enter your instruction and phone number in the 'note for the driver' field and save.
