With Branded Track & Trace, your customer sees your logo, banner and colours on the Track & Trace page. Branded Track & Trace is included in your contract, with a surcharge. We then switch it on for you.
How to request it
- Contact your Customer Success Manager.
- Send your logo, preferably as a PNG with a transparent background.
- Send a high-resolution banner. The banner is shown across the full width of the page.
- Provide two colour codes (for example #000000): one for the text and one for accents and buttons.
Do you have several organisations, for example for different webshops? Then each organisation can have its own branding.
