Was your package delivered damaged? We are very sorry. To help you properly, we need to know if the damage occurred during shipping or if there is an issue with the product itself.
Situation 1: The box is visibly damaged
Is the shipping box torn, dented, wet, or opened? And is the product inside broken or missing parts?
This is likely transport damage.

Step 1: Report it to Trunkrs.
Send us an email immediately with a photo of the box (showing the damage and the label).

Step 2: Contact the webshop.
This is important to find a solution. The webshop can send you a replacement product or issue a refund. They will then handle the damage claim with us.
Situation 2: The box is intact, but the product is damaged or missing
Does the outside of the box look fine, but the product inside is broken, wrong, or incomplete?
This is an issue for the webshop.
- Something probably went wrong during packing, or the product itself was faulty.
- Contact the customer service of the webshop immediately. Trunkrs cannot assist with this.
