It is very frustrating when a shipment containing perishable products (such as fresh or frozen goods) is delayed. We understand that this may cause concerns regarding the quality.
What do we do with your parcel in case of a delay?
This depends on the type of products you ordered. We make a strict distinction:

Frozen products (Frozen):
We have freezers available at our depots. Is your shipment a frozen shipment? In case of a delay, we immediately place your package in the freezer, so the products remain deep-frozen.

Fresh products (Fresh):
Does it concern fresh products? We do not place these in the freezer, as this would affect the quality. We give these packages the highest priority to deliver them to you as quickly as possible.
When will it be delivered?
We do everything we can to deliver the package to you on the next delivery day. Via the Track & Trace page, you can follow the most recent status and the new delivery time.
