Can I get a refund on shipping costs?
Unfortunately, we (Trunkrs) cannot refund shipping costs to you as the recipient. This also applies if you paid extra for, for example, Same Day delivery.
Why not?
You placed the order and paid the webshop directly. We are the carrier working on behalf of the webshop. Because we do not have access to your payment details, we cannot refund any money.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
Although we have a high delivery rate, delays can occur due to force majeure (such as traffic, sorting errors, or weather).
Whether you are entitled to compensation for a delay depends on the terms and conditions of the webshop where you placed your order.
