Did you make a mistake in the address or do you want the package delivered somewhere else? As long as the driver is not almost at your door yet, you can often adjust it yourself.
How do I change my address?
You can easily do this via the Track & Trace page.
- Open the Track & Trace page via the link you received in your email.
- Click the 'Change address' button next to your current address.
- Enter the new address and confirm the change.
⚠️ Note: Impact on delivery time
Is the new address more than 200 meters away? Or is the route for today already finalized? Then the driver cannot reach it today. The delivery will automatically be rescheduled for the next working day.
When can I not change it myself?
In some cases, the option to change your address is blocked:
- Package with PIN code (OTP): If a code is required at the door, you cannot change the address yourself for security reasons.
- Blocked by webshop: Some webshops do not allow address changes (e.g., for high-risk or fraud-sensitive products).
Can't do it via Track & Trace? Then contact the webshop where you placed the order. They can usually update the address in our system for you.
