Are you not at home, but still want your package to be delivered? Then give delivery consent. This allows the driver to leave the package in a safe place around your house.
How does it work?
You can easily manage this yourself via the Track & Trace page:
- Open the Track & Trace page via the link in your email.
- Click the 'Delivery Consent' button.
- Choose a safe location (e.g., "In the blue bin", "Under the carport", "Behind the plant pot").
- Confirm your choice.
⚠️ Important: Own Risk
By giving delivery consent, you agree that you are responsible for the package from the moment the driver leaves it.
If the package is lost (theft) or damaged (rain) afterwards, neither we nor the webshop can be held liable. Always choose a location that is truly safe and dry.
When is this not possible?
In some cases, this option is blocked due to safety or legal regulations:
- Age check (18+): Shipments with alcohol can never be left unattended.
- PIN code (OTP): If a security code is required for delivery.
- High value: Some webshops block this option to prevent theft of expensive products.
