Yes, in most cases this is not a problem! If you are not home, we will normally try to deliver the package to your immediate neighbors.
You can even indicate in advance which neighbors you prefer the package to be delivered to.
How do I set my preference?
- Open the Track & Trace page via the link in your email.
- Look under 'Expected arrival time'.
- Click the 'Neighbors' button to set your preference.
When is this not possible?
There are a few exceptions where we can only deliver the package directly to you:
- Age check (18+): For shipments with alcohol or other age-restricted products, we need to check your ID.
- One-Time PIN (OTP): If a PIN code is required for delivery.
- No neighbor delivery: If the webshop specifically stated that the package cannot be delivered to neighbors (e.g., high-value items).
In these cases, we will try to deliver it again the next working day if you are not home.
