Naturally, you want to know how well we are performing for your customers (for example, the percentage of shipments delivered on time).
Currently, there is no automated dashboard in the portal where you can view or download these statistics live. We are working hard to make this possible in the future.
How can I still get insights?
Although you cannot download the data yourself, we do have this information available.
- On request: You can request a performance report from your dedicated Customer Success Manager. They will gladly provide you with an overview of your recent performance.
