You see a line item on your invoice with an XL surcharge. This means that a processed package was larger or heavier than the standard size.
When is this surcharge applied?
The surcharge is automatically applied if a package (including the box and tape) exceeds the 'Regular' limits:
- Weight: Heavier than 10 kg.
- Dimensions: Larger than 60 x 40 x 40 cm.
Does your package exceed these limits? Then the XL rate applies (up to a maximum of 30 kg and 120 x 40 x 40 cm).
