Do you print your labels from the Shipping Portal, or receive them through an integration or the API? Then they already comply. If you use your own labels, they must meet these requirements.
What must be on the label?
- The recipient's name.
- Delivery address: street, house number with any addition, postcode and town.
- Barcode type Code 128. We test other types first; email tech.support@trunkrs.nl for this.
- Unique barcode: use each barcode only once and send the same value in the order reference field.
- Sharp and black and white, with enough white space between the bars and around the barcode.
Format
The standard format is 4 × 6 inches (102 × 152 mm). Via the API you always receive the standard Trunkrs label, as a PDF and in Zebra format (203 dpi). Where to stick the label on the box is explained in How do I pack my shipments?
