You create shipments in the Shipping Portal: one at a time, in bulk with a file, or automatically through an integration with your webshop.
What must every shipment meet?
- Unique order reference: each shipment has its own reference. The portal rejects a reference that already belongs to another shipment.
- Complete recipient details: name, email address, phone number and address.
- Multiple parcels (multi-colli): several shipments to the same address on the same day are treated as one multi-colli shipment. Each parcel gets its own label with a unique Trunkrs number. So never use one label or Trunkrs number for several boxes.
- Delivery area: the Netherlands (not the Wadden Islands), Brussels and almost all of Flanders; not Wallonia. See Which areas does Trunkrs deliver to?
- Dimensions and weight: see What are the maximum dimensions and weights?

- Click Shipments in the top bar and choose Create Shipment.
- Enter the Order reference.
- Under Shipment type, choose the service: Same day, Fresh or Frozen.

- Choose a delivery date. You can only choose days on which we deliver.
- Switch on extra options under Feature codes if needed, such as age check, SMS alerts or no delivery to neighbours.
- Click Create shipment.
- In the Shipments overview, tick the shipment and click Print at the bottom.
Printing not working? See I can't create or print a label. What now?
Several shipments at once (file upload)
- Click Shipments in the top bar and choose Upload shipments.
- Click Upload shipments data. The importer opens with four steps.
- Get started: check which columns are required. Use the download button to get a sample file, then go to the next step.
- Upload file: choose your file (csv, xls, xlsx or xlsb) or drag it into the box.
- Match columns: match your column names to our fields.
- Import data: correct the rows marked as errors and complete the upload.
- Click Print labels, or Go to Shipments.
Some rows failed? Click Show errors. Required columns and a sample file are in the CSV guide.
Shipping to Belgium? Always enter the weight, the weight unit and a description of the contents. Rows for Belgium without these details are not created, while the rest of the file goes through.
