A standard parcel is at most 60 × 40 × 40 cm and 10 kg. Larger or heavier? Then we ship it as an XL parcel with a surcharge, up to 120 × 40 × 40 cm. From 1 November 2026, a parcel (collo) weighs no more than 23 kg.
- Standard parcel: up to 60 × 40 × 40 cm and 10 kg. You pay your standard rate.
- XL parcel: heavier than 10 kg, or one side larger than 60 × 40 × 40 cm. Up to 120 × 40 × 40 cm and 23 kg per collo. Your invoice specification shows whether an XL parcel was too large, too heavy or both. See Why is there an XL surcharge on my invoice?
Does your shipment weigh more than 23 kg? Split the contents over several parcels, each with its own label.
When can't we take a parcel?
We cannot process parcels larger than 120 × 40 × 40 cm, heavier than 23 kg or with an irregular shape. If such a parcel reaches us after collection, our warehouse flags it as too large or too heavy. It then does not go into sorting but goes straight back to you.
