Did you create a label but haven't shipped the package yet? Please keep the validity of the label in mind.
The 7-day rule
Technically, a shipping label is valid for 7 days from the moment of creation.
This is due to our automatic sorting machines, which cannot correctly process labels older than 7 days.
What if my label is older than 7 days?
Do not hand over this package to the driver!
If you hand over a package with an expired label, the shipment will be automatically cancelled in our system. As a result, the package will immediately enter the return process and be sent back to you. It will not be delivered to the customer.
How do I fix this?
Do you still want to ship the package without printing a new label?
- Contact Customer Support before handing it over.
- They can 'refresh' (postpone) the shipment in the system, making the label valid again.
