Can I manage multiple webshops and organizations under one contract?

Yes, you can! It is often possible to manage multiple webshops or brand names from a single Trunkrs account.

Since this affects both your contract and technical setup, the process is handled in two steps.

Step 1: The contract (Commercial)

First, we check whether the new webshop can fall under your current contract or if an adjustment is needed.

• Action: Contact your Customer Success Manager.
• They will discuss the rates and conditions for the new webshop with you.

Step 2: Technical setup (IT & Organizations)

Once the contract is approved, we configure the account technically. In the portal, you can work with multiple 'Organizations', so you can manage everything from a single login.

• Action: Contact Tech Support via tech.support@trunkrs.nl.
• Specify the type of integration (e.g., Shopify, API) and that you want to link a new organization.
