A shipping label is valid for 7 days, counted from the original delivery date. If you don't hand the parcel over, the shipment automatically moves to the next day. After 7 days we cancel the shipment automatically.
Do not hand a parcel with an expired label to the driver. The shipment has been cancelled. If the parcel still reaches us, it goes straight into the return process and will not be delivered.
Label expired?
- Create a new shipment in the Shipping Portal or through your integration.
- Stick the new label over the old one, so only one barcode is visible.
- Hand the parcel over at your next collection.
Want to keep the old label? Then email webshop@trunkrs.nl with the Trunkrs number before you hand the parcel over. If needed, our customer service can reopen the label.
