To ensure your claim is processed quickly and successfully, it’s crucial that you submit it on time. The deadlines depend on the type of issue.
Note: Unfortunately, claims submitted after the deadlines below cannot be processed.
In Case of Damage or Spoilage
This includes physical damage to all shipment types (Standard, Fresh & Frozen) and spoilage of Fresh & Frozen shipments.
- Deadline: Within 5 business days after the delivery date.
In Case of Loss
This applies to all shipment types (Standard, Fresh & Frozen) that have been officially registered as lost by us.
- Deadline: Within 10 business days after the shipment has been officially registered as lost (once the investigation is completed).
You can submit your claim through the Trunkrs portal within the applicable timeframe.
