Yes, usually. Each webshop or trading name gets its own organisation in the Shipping Portal, and you manage them all with one login.
- Discuss with your Customer Success Manager whether the new webshop falls under your current contract, or whether rates or terms will change.
- Add the organisation yourself in the portal. See How do I manage my organisation in the Shipping Portal?
- Connect the new webshop via Integration Management, just like your first webshop.
Connecting the new organisation via the API? Email tech.support@trunkrs.nl first, because we need to set up the connection on our side. Include the field sender.companyName in every shipment. We use it to link the shipment to the right organisation.
