Access to the Trunkrs Shipping Portal is provided through an automatic invitation.
Step 1: The Automatic Invitation
Once your contract is signed and processed by our administration team, you will automatically receive an email with an activation link.

Step 2: Logging In
You don’t need to remember a password. Logging in works as follows:
- Go to the Shipping Portal.
- Enter the email address that received the invitation and click Log in.
- You will immediately receive a new email with a one-time code.
- Enter the code — and you're in.
Didn’t receive an invitation?
If the invitation hasn’t arrived, check the following:
1. Check your spam folder
This is the most common cause. The automatic email may have been filtered as spam.

2. Has your contract been processed?
The invitation is only sent after your contract has been fully processed in our system, which may take some time after signing.
3. Contact your Customer Success Manager
If your contract has been active for a while and you still haven’t received the invitation, your Customer Success Manager can assist you further.
