An integration sends orders from your webshop or shipping software to Trunkrs automatically, so you no longer have to create shipments by hand. All integrations (plug-ins, shipping platforms, WMS/ERP and API), with a guide for each one, are listed at trunkrs.nl/integraties.
Activating an integration in the Shipping Portal
For most integrations you start in the portal. Only the Owner or Admin role can do this.
- Log in to the Shipping Portal.
- Click Settings in the top bar and choose Integration Management.
- Click Add integration.
- Click the tile for your platform, then Continue.
- Follow the steps for your platform, clicking Continue each time.
- At the last step, click Done.
Your integration then appears in the overview under Integration Management.
Is your platform not in the list? Then you usually connect with an API key that you enter in your shipping software. Follow the guide for your platform at trunkrs.nl/integraties.
