Which neighbours received my parcel?

You can find the neighbours' house number in the email you receive after delivery and in Track & Trace.

How to find it in Track & Trace

1. Open Track & Trace.
2. Enter your Trunkrs number and postcode.
3. Read the status at the top. It shows the neighbours' house number.

Is your parcel not there?
