How do I get access to the Shipping Portal?

Once your contract has been signed and processed by us, we automatically create your Shipping Portal. The contact person named in the contract receives an invitation by email. You log in with your email address and a one-time code; you don't need a password.

The first time

1. Click the link in the invitation.
2. Enter your organisation details and confirm your address. Click Save and continue.
3. Log in as described below.
4. Go through the onboarding wizard. It helps you connect your webshop and get ready to ship.

Logging in

1. Go to the Shipping Portal.
2. Enter the email address the invitation was sent to and click Submit.
3. Enter the one-time code from your email.

Not received an invitation?

1. Check your spam folder.
2. Contact your Customer Success Manager. The invitation is only sent once your contract has been processed.
3. Contract processed and still nothing? Email tech.support@trunkrs.nl with your webshop name and email address.
