It is important to know the difference between these two times to avoid surprises.
1. Cut-off time (Deadline)
This is the latest time you can register a shipment in our system for Same Day delivery (delivery tonight).
- Example: Is your cut-off time 10:00 AM? Then all shipments must be registered in the portal before 10:00 AM. Anything registered afterwards will automatically move to the next working day.
2. Pick-up time
This is the time when the driver physically arrives at your warehouse to collect the packages.
- Rule: Pick-up always takes place after your cut-off time.
- Example: If your cut-off is 10:00 AM, the driver may be scheduled, for example, at 10:30 AM or 11:00 AM.
