Did you spot a mistake in the address or do you want to give the driver extra instructions? You can handle this in different ways.
1. Changing the Address
As long as the driver hasn't left yet, the address can be updated. There are two ways to do this:
- Option A: In the Portal (by you)
Go to Shipments, click on the shipment, and select Change address in the right panel. - Option B: Via Track & Trace (by the customer)
The recipient can do this themselves via the T&T link in their email. You can also do this for them by clicking the T&T link from the portal.
⚠️ Note: Important Rules
- Impact on delivery time: If you change the address by more than 200 meters (or if the package has already been sorted), the delivery will be automatically moved to the next working day.
- Different country: It is not possible to change the destination country. You must create a new shipment for this.
2. Adding a Driver Note
Do you want to add instructions, e.g., "Doorbell broken" or "Leave under carport"? This can only be done via Track & Trace.
- By the customer: They can enter this themselves via the link they received by email.
- By you: Open the shipment in the portal, click on the Track & Trace link, and enter the instruction in the Driver remark field.
