Have you created a shipment for today but want it delivered tomorrow (or later)? Or did you accidentally select the wrong date?
Whether you can change the delivery date yourself depends on the current status of the package.
Scenario 1: The package has not been picked up yet
If the shipment has not yet been collected, meaning it has not been scanned by the driver, changing the date is simple.
- Option: Contact our Customer Support. As long as the driver has not departed yet, they can usually adjust the delivery date for you.
Scenario 2: The package has already been picked up
If the shipment is already in our possession, for example scanned by the driver or at the sorting center,
the delivery is automatically scheduled for the next available delivery slot.
