This is the central control panel for all your shipments. The settings you choose here are applied automatically to all new shipments you create, both manually and via integrations.
You can find this page in the portal under Settings > Features Management. Below, we explain what each setting does.
IMPORTANT: Check your contract!
On this page, you can select options such as SMS alerts, One-Time PIN (OTP), Age check and Same Day Frozen Food.
These are specialized or optional services. Selecting these options does not automatically activate them or make them free of charge. They only work if they are contractually agreed with your Customer Success Manager.

1. Communication
Decide how and when we inform your customers.
- Default driver remark: Standard note for the driver that is applied to each shipment.
- SMS alerts: Send SMS notifications to your customer (e.g., 'out for delivery' or 'pre-arrival'). (Check your contract for any costs).
- Send emails: Determines whether Trunkrs can send status emails on your behalf.
- Email notifications: Choose which emails your customer should receive (e.g., 'Shipment created', 'Failed delivery', 'Delivered').
2. Shipment Security
Add extra security options. (Check your contract for any costs).
- One-Time PIN (OTP): The customer provides a unique PIN to the driver, received via email or SMS.
- Age check: The driver actively verifies the recipient's age.
3. Delivery
Set the default rules for actual delivery.
- Default service level: Choose the default service when creating a shipment (Same Day, Same Day Food, Same Day Frozen).
- Leave-behind permissions: Allow drivers to follow recipient instructions to leave the package in a safe place.
- No signature required: The recipient does not need to sign for delivery.
- Disallow address changes: Block recipients from changing their address after registration.
