In the Trunkrs Portal, you can manage all your shipments in one place. View, filter, edit, and download them easily. Below is a clear overview of the key features.
You can access this overview immediately after logging in, under the Shipments tab.
Search & Filter Shipments
Use the search bar at the top of the list to quickly find a specific shipment—for example, by Trunkrs number, recipient name, or address. Filters allow you to sort by delivery date or status (e.g., Delivered, In Transit, Cancelled).
Download Labels
Select one or more shipments and click Download Labels. The portal will automatically combine all selected labels into a single, convenient PDF.
Cancel Shipment(s)
Select the shipment(s) you want to cancel and click Cancel Shipment(s). The shipment will be immediately removed from the delivery process.
Edit Address or Contact Details
Click on a shipment to open the right-hand panel. Here, you can easily update the email, phone number, or delivery address. The animation below shows how this works:
Important: Address Changes
If you change the address by more than 200 meters or the parcel is already sorted, it cannot go out on today’s route. Delivery will automatically shift to the next business day.
Create Multi-Colli Label
Need to send multiple packages for a single order? Click on the shipment and select Multicolli to generate an additional label. Each package will receive a unique Trunkrs number.
View GPS Location (after delivery)
Once a shipment is delivered, the exact GPS location of the delivery scan will appear in the right-hand panel. This serves as proof of delivery.
