Your 'Organization' is the heart of your account in the Shipping Portal. It contains your basic details and the name your customers see on Track & Trace pages and labels.
What can I set here?
When you log in for the first time (after your invitation), we ask you to create your organization. Afterwards, you can adjust the following via Settings > Manage Organizations:
- Organization Name: The name that appears on shipping labels and in Track & Trace for your customers.
- Contact Email: The email we use for important service messages about your account.
IMPORTANT: The address you set here is purely administrative. Changing this address in the portal does NOT affect your fixed pick-up (collection) address.
How do I change my pick-up address?
Any change to your fixed pick-up address must always be communicated to our team so it can be correctly processed in the route schedules.
