You can easily give colleagues access to your organization in the Shipping Portal. This way, different team members can manage shipments or schedule collections.

Roles and Permissions
When you invite a user, you must assign a role. Each role has different permissions:
- Shipment Handler: Can view shipments and print labels. (Cannot create or cancel shipments).
- Shipment Manager: Can create, view, cancel shipments, and print labels.
- Financial: Has access to the "Invoices" environment to view and download invoices.
- Admin: Full access to everything (including shipments, settings, and inviting new users).
Who can invite users?
Only users with the role 'Owner' or 'Admin' can invite new team members.
Users and Multi-Organizations
Do you have multiple organizations (e.g., for different webshops)? You can set which users have access for each organization.
What happens after the invitation?
The new user will receive an email and can then log in just like described in our article How do I get access to the Shipping Portal?.
